Photograph Form Photograph Form

Although not completly necessary we would like all parents to complete a Photo Permission form. This means that we know and can respect your wishes regarding photographs of your child. Please print the form and hand it to your child's section leader.

T-Shirt Order T-Shirt Order

If you would like a group T Shirt for your child of yourself please fill in the form and hand it with your payment to your child's section leader.

Gift Aid Form Gift Aid Form

As a Tax Payer your child's subscriptions to the group can be Gift Aided. This means that HMRC give us an extra 28% of the subscription money that you pay us. In the last financial year that was over £1500. So please if you haven't already done so fill in a form and give it to your child's section leader.
